Quantum Gravity in non-homogeneous Bose condensates. Dualism of Macro and Micro

Same mathematics governs macro space (gravity) and micro space (condensation of Bose particles). First experimental observations of famous Bose-condensation were done in drops of atomic gases in magnetic traps. Interaction of elementary excitations (waves in compact drops of Bose condensate) with the underling Bose condensate is actually very similar from theoretical point of view with interactions of quantum particles with quantum gravity expressed through fluctuating geometrical characteristics of the curved space. Dynamical properties of these excitations can be expressed through various characteristics of the underlying curved space calculated by methods of differential geometry.

A fascinating book and an excellent read. Refreshingly different from the thousands of nondescript books on quantitative finance.
