The Fusion Group was set up in 2004 and has associated companies in the UK, Cayman and Russian Federation.

Fusion Asset Management acts as investment manager to Fusion Fund, SEB Prime Solutions-Fusion LIBOR+ 800 Currency UCITS Fund and HFR RVA Fusion Master Trust and acted as investment manager  to Fusion Credit Relative Value Fund until 2006.
